DHARMA IS BACK!

If you loved the TV Show "Dharma and Greg" and fell into depression when it went off the air...never fear! Jenna Elfman is back! I interviewed the actress last week during the CBS Upfronts - this is when CBS reveals all its new shows for Fall 2009! She is starring in the comedy "Accidentally on Purpose" a show about a career woman who becomes pregnant with a much younger man's baby, and still pines for her Older Boss. Fun Fact: Did you know Jenna's Dad wrote the theme song for the Simpsons? yup! Jenna Elfman was as nice as can be, and I really appreciate that she is tall - I love not having to take my high heels off! : ) Catch Jenna if the fall on CBS. Former GIANT now a TV star! Meg and Michael Strahan

We know him as a New York Giants football star! Also a sportscaster for Fox NFL Sunday! Michael Strahan was one heck of a football player...and now he's coming to a television set near you! I just left the W Hotel in NYC where all the new FOX shows are being unveiled. I interviewed Michael about his new sitcom "Brothers". Michael plays "Mike", a good-looking wealthy and recently retired NFL player living the high life in NYC...( sound familiar? ) then he gets a phone call from his family in Houston. The family is falling apart and Michael heads to Texas to help out. Its a feel-good, funny show about how important family is, and how unimportant fame and money are! "Brothers" kicks off Fridays at 8pm this Fall on Fox. The cast includes Darryl "Chill" Mitchell, Carl Weathers, CCH Pounder, and Colton Dunn. Michael is such a nice guy!!! - loved his peach shirt! : )

Sean Stephenson tells Me to "Get off your But!"

Yes, I spelled it right, BUT. Sean Stephenson was born in 1979 with a condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which means his bones are very brittle. So brittle, that he crushed every one of those baby bones during his birth. Doctors told his parents he would not live 24 hours. 30 years later, at 3 feet tall, he is changing the world! He graduated college, interned at the White House, and this year, wrote a book called "Get off your BUT". Sean says what holds us back in life is our"buts"..."but I'm not pretty enough...but I'm not smart enough...but I'm not strong enough." He says if we would just stop using those buts, we could achieve great things. He sure is! I was honored to interview Sean and we hit it off immediately. (Great sense of humor!) He showed me his work-out routine ( yes, the man who was told his bones were so brittle is now doing 100 push-ups and 100 situps a day!!! he has a mean six pack!), and recently threw out the first pitch at the White Sox game. He is a motivational speaker and also a practicing therapist. And what a family! the Stephensons are something special. Thanks for a great interview, Sean!!! Stay close for when his story will air on Inside Edition. I'll keep you posted friends. : ) - Megan
